Pat Dell
Pat began her career as a mortgage broker with one of Regina’s first brokerages. Three years later in 1999, she co-founded Crown Mortgage Services. Pat focuses on building relationships, getting to know her clients’ needs, and working with them to get the results they desire.
She is a member of Mortgage Professionals Canada and has earned her AMP (Accredited Mortgage Professional) designation. She believes in giving back to the industry that has supported her by sitting on the Saskatchewan Brokers Council, Verico National Advisory Committee, Regina Mortgage and Loans Association. She has received Genworth Financial Canada’s Partner Award twice.
She is also involved in supporting the community that she lives in by sitting on the board at Regina Business and Professional Women’s Club, being nominated twice for the YWCA Women of Distinction Award, past president and director of the Rotary Club of Regina Eastview and has earned a Paul Harris Fellowship. She has also received the Verico Community Service award and the Air Canada Heart of Gold Award for community involvement. Pat has received the Verico Veris Executive Club award for more than $15mm funded deals in 2016!
